Everyday Pandan and Matcha Pound Cake with Kaya Jam

The flavour of pandan is so aromatic- it is like a glorified version of vanilla with the benefit of injecting a beautiful green hue to your food!


With just a slight twist to my trusted recipe for a vanilla cake with a dash of pandan paste, green tea matcha powder and a few dollops of kaya jam, it has been given a new lease of life with the flavours of Malaysia and Japan.

Best enjoyed with a cup of tea 🙂
